Artificially controlled semiconductor nano-structures
"Nano-technology" is an important
keyword for today's science. Now we have
a possibility to control each atom, to achieve
various fantastic properties we have never
seen before.
A plenty of atoms involve in solid state
physics (even for a quantum dot), so it is
difficult but very important to control every
atom to realize new physical phenomena.
My research subject is concentrated on artificially
controlled semiconductor nano-structures.
I try to make a quantum nano-structures "artificially",
so that we can realize various interesting
properties as we like!
