Temperature dependence

The lasing was observed from low temperature and up to room temperature, 290 K.
These sharp and strong peaks due to the lasing were observed at every temperatures.

The red-shift of lasing energy is caused by the band gap shrinkage due to the temperature.

As the temperature increases, threshold pumping power to achieve lasing also increases.
The slope of this semi-log plot is about 100 K.
