Conclusion
In this talk, I introduced a new 1D QWR laser structure,
ridge laser structure, and report the stimulated emission.
The origin of lasing is the transition between higher order subbands
in one dimensional quantum wires.
Spectrum, image, polarization property, and top-view image,
all support this conclusion.
